Carolyn has a deep understanding of veterinary hospital dynamics and extensive HR knowledge.  She gained her experience while working in the hospital trenches and directing HR processes for independently owned and multi-state veterinary organizations.

The veterinary profession has unique challenges.  Veterinary leaders want to do right by their people, and also want to protect their practice.  However, many don't realize they need HR support until culture is eroded, or they receive a major employee complaint or a lawsuit.  

One of her greatest joys comes in helping teams rediscover “why” we do what we do in veterinary medicine, and creating positive culture around that center.
